Recommended price = base move price + distance cost + any extras (like stairs or packing help). If you use a referral code, your discount comes off before you set a budget. You can accept our number or set your own within 10%.
Yes. In the quote, just add the item under "What are you moving?" and skip the move size — we'll price it as a small "items only" delivery. Verified drivers bid on it exactly like a full move.
Yes — pick "Office — Small" or "Office — Medium / Large" as your move size. Everything else works the same: drivers bid, you choose.
Yes — you can add up to 2 extra stops (for example, dropping some furniture at a storage unit on the way). Distance pricing covers the full route.
A deposit (10% by default) secures your booking once you accept a driver's offer. The remaining balance is settled on move day.
There are three: agents/property managers earn R100 per referred customer (rising with volume — see below); customers get 50% off their first booking (up to R500) with a friend's code and earn R100 per friend they refer; drivers earn R100 per driver they refer. Agent partners apply and are onboarded by our team; customers and drivers get their own code automatically from their profile.
Agent partners start at R100 per completed referral. For every 20 customers you refer in a calendar year, your rate goes up by R10 — so your 21st referral that year earns R110, your 41st earns R120, and so on. The rate resets to R100 at the start of each year.
Always once the referred booking is completed — not when it's placed. This protects everyone if a booking is cancelled before the move happens. You'll get a notification the moment your code is used, and another once the fee is credited.
No — a referral code can't be applied to the account that owns it, and we run automated checks for other self-referral patterns. Referral discounts and fees are for referring someone else, not yourself.
No. Your identity and contact details stay private throughout bidding — drivers only see pickup/drop-off areas, move details and your budget.
Register via the driver app, upload your ID, driver's licence, vehicle registration and vehicle photos. Once approved, you can start bidding on jobs that suit your vehicle.
